RECC has a strong well qualified R&D team working on mechanical and electrical design, software, prototyping and testing. RECC uses latest PRO- E and CAD stations for 3-D development and analysis.

This ensures that the development time for parts and components are reduced significantly. Several proprietary technologies including the development of the EMS software has been done in-house.
