The REVA Electric Car Company (RECC) on Wednesday announced the launch of the all new fully loaded version of "REVA Classe" with remote-controlled air-conditioning central locking and leather upholstery.
It also unveiled India's first convertible electric car, "REVA Zephyr"/
The Zephyr, priced at Rs. 3.75 lakh, has swanky interiors and accessories such as alloy wheels, leather seats, leather wrapped steering wheel, body coloured rear-view mirror, and a new stylish dashboard.
Other features of the Zephyr include a four speaker high end stereo system and body coloured bumpers, which add to the car's appeal.
The REVA Classe has several unique features, including body-coloured bumpers, soft-touch
colour-coded interiors, leather-wrapped steering wheel, high-end stereo system, wheel caps, and special carpets.

The Managing Director of RECC, Chetan Maini, told presspersons that REVA Classe was the first pre-cooled car to be launched in India.
The air-conditioning could be activated using a remote control device even while was parked or being charged.
S.K. Maini of RECC said the company had tied up with a U.K. firm for export of REVA cars.
He said the RECC had targeted to sell 200 to 500 convertibles after its launch.

The Classe and Zephyr will be showcased at the showroom from October 31 to November 3.
